Career guidance has been one of the major focus points of M&AT. This project brings together the experience in education, personnel and replacement from M&AT with managers and organisations that practise career guidance in their daily tasks. Career Centre is an application in which soft- and hard competences are brought together in order to professionalize the process of matching candidates with functions and organisations.
